Getting started
Do I need to know anything technical?
Not at all. You dream it, we build it. There are no blank forms to puzzle over and no calls required — a short four-step brief tells us what you need, and we handle the strategy, design, and engineering as one team.
What can you build?
Custom marketing sites, landing pages, brand identities, and product-grade web apps — including dashboards, portals, 3D / WebGL experiences, AI features, and third-party API integrations. If it lives in a browser, we can design and engineer it.
Where are you based, and can you work with my team?
dreamsite is an independent, global / remote studio that has been shipping work since 2017. We work in the open and collaborate directly with founders and in-house teams, from the first idea to the last line of code.
Pricing & payment
How much does a project cost?
Pricing is fixed and transparent — no hourly billing. A one-page Landing Page starts at $550, a full Marketing Website (up to 5 pages with a simple CMS) starts at $1,700, and custom apps or tools start at $3,000 and are scoped to your project. A standalone logo and brand mark starts at $300. You always see the price before we start.
How do payments work?
A 50% deposit books your slot and the remaining 50% is due on delivery. Prices are fixed for the agreed scope, so there are no hourly surprises. We invoice in USD or CAD.
Do I own the finished work?
Yes — you own 100% of the work. Everything is fully handed over: the design files, the code, and the accounts. There's no lock-in and nothing held hostage.
Process & delivery
How long does it take?
A Landing Page is typically about 5 days, a Marketing Website about 1–2 weeks, and custom builds are scheduled per scope. Most projects kick off within a week of booking, and we reply to every enquiry within two business days.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
A Landing Page includes one round of revisions and a Marketing Website includes two. For custom builds we agree the revision scope up front so expectations are clear from day one.
After launch
Can you edit or maintain my site after launch?
Yes. Our optional care plan covers ongoing updates and hosting from $90/month. Websites built on a simple CMS also let you edit your own content without touching code.
